Return Policy
In the unlikely event that the purchased product is received incorrectly, or is defective, the customer could request for a return or exchange of the product. The return could be requested via email [email protected] or via our hotline +(960) 9953111.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges can only be made for goods of equal value, or as part payment for higher valued goods. No partial refund could be provided as such exchanges will not be permitted for lower priced items.
In case of defective items, it needs to be returned. Products that are used or not in their original condition will not be accepted for exchange.
